Deacon Paul Baca was born and raised in Belen NM.  He met his wife Mary Jo at the St Patrick's Day dance, and they were married at our Lady of Belen Catholic Church in 1986.  They have lived in Los Lunas, NM since 1989.  They have two kids (both married) and 6 grandchildren.  He was ordained as a Deacon for the Archdiocese of Santa Fe, on July 11, 2009 and assigned to San Clemente Parish in Los Lunas NM.  

Deacon Paul and Mary Jo spend their free time with the grandchildren.  They love spending time with family and serving the community.  When asked what it is like to be a Deacon, "It is very humbling to serve as a Deacon.  I Thank God for his Love and every moment in guiding and helping me!”
